Trace MW network routes to FON / Aggregation Hub - detect issues and export to Excel + Google Earth KML.

Required CSV columns (7 total):
NE, FE, FON, NE Lat, NE Long, FE Lat, FE Long

Output - 2 files:
1. Excel file with 2 sheets:
  - Trace Issues (hop-by-hop issue detection)
  - Route Summary (per-site full route + passing sites)
2. KML file for Google Earth:
  - MW links drawn as colored lines
  - Click any site pin to see FON, hops, carrying count, full route, passing sites
  - FON / Aggregation Hub shown as red letter "F" landmark
  - Sites and links connected to the same FON share the same color
